Gita Mandir of Mathura is another most visited shrine in the city. The temple has preachings of Lord Krishna in the form of carvings and 18 chapters of Bhagavad Gita inscribed on the pillars. Its architecture blends together Hindu and western styles and it houses a large chariot of Sri Krishna.
