Sabarmati Ashram
Sabarmati Ashram is known for being the second ashram of Mahatma Gandhi. Here you can see a museum, the Gandhi Smarak Sangrahalaya, displaying artefacts depicting the life of Gandhi.

Laxmi Vilas Palace
Built in 1890, Laxmi Vilas Palace was once home of Maharaja Sayajirao Gaekwad III. The palace sprawls over 700 acres and houses numerous palaces namely Moti Baug Palace, Makarpura Palace, Pratap Vilas Palace and Maharaja Fateh Singh Museum.
