It is believed that the holy waters of Papavinasam waterfalls clean away all the sins and purify the soul. For some moments of serenity, spend some time along the Swami Pushkarni Lake resting within the holy premises of Thirumala Venkateswara Temple. ??It is said that that Lord Venkateswara took a bath in the water of this lake.
Tirupati also has natural wonders like Silathoranam having historical marks on it. This is a significant heritage site which remains one of the few natural bridges in Asia. From here around 500 kg of flowers are supplied every day to the Tirupati Balaji Temple and many other temples of Tirupati.
